Ecorys appointed as one of Defra’s strategic partners to supply monitoring, evaluation and learning services

Ecorys is leading a consortium that has been appointed as a strategic partner to provide monitoring, evaluation and learning services for Defra. The Ecorys-led consortium will be providing services that relate to government and governance. This will include, amongst other things, innovation, green finance, community cohesion, engagement, societal, health and wellbeing benefits, and advice to inform policy decisions.

The consortium includes a wide range of organisations to provide these services, including ADAS, Cambridge Econometrics, the Countryside and Community Research Institute (CCRI), Ipsos and LSE Consulting.

As part of our own commitments to being carbon neutral by 2029, we will be delivering the contract as a carbon-neutral contract.

James Ronicle, the Service Director for the contract at Ecorys said, “We are delighted to have been appointed to this role. At Ecorys our mission is to help address the most important societal challenges of our times, and climate change and species loss are some of the greatest issues we face. We have been committed to support these issues, and this role for Defra provides us with the opportunity to make a contribution and impact for the future.”
