Assessment of the Implementation of Operational Programme Good Governance (OPGG) in the Period 2015-2017 and Studies in Support

We evaluated the implementation of OPGG in the period 2015-2017 including the programme’s relevance to the current socio-economic situation and its efficiency and effectiveness.

We studied data needs for the planned future evaluations and analysed data collection for reporting of the common long-term result indicators.

Two reports were delivered with detailed analyses and recommendations. As a result the indicators’ system of the programme will be fine-tuned, implementation improved and external contractor will be hired to support data gathering and reporting on the common long-term result indicator, that is relevant to the programme.
