CBI Evaluation Export Coaching Programmes

For this study, Ecorys evaluated some of the Export Coaching Programmes (ECPs) of the Centre for Promotion of Imports from developing countries (CBI).

By means of training, advice and (technical) assistance, these programmes aim to enable exporters in developing countries to export to EU markets.

The evaluation conducted by Ecorys targeted 15 ECPs, which had taken place between 2008 and 2015 spread over 10 sectors and more than 20 countries.

The outcomes of this study helped in accountability purposes and identifying lessons learnt for future programmes.
