Technical and Expert Assistance to the Managing Authority of Operational Programme Innovation and Competitiveness (OPIC)

We supported the Managing Authority of OPIC during evaluation of project proposals of applicants for funding under the programme

The technical assistance included provision of experts to take part in the evaluation process of the submitted project proposals. The profiles of the submitted external experts were in complaint with the requirements set by the Managing Authority. Their role was distributed as external evaluators with the right to vote and as assistant evaluators to provide position papers on specific criteria at the both evaluation stages under the respective procedures, incl. the Administrative compliance and eligibility check and the Technical and Quality assessment stage.

Progress reports have been submitted on a regular basis with information on activities implementation, number of project proposals evaluated / position papers delivered, and identified problems and measures to solve them in the process of implementation of the contract stages.

As a result of the support, in the period 2016-2018, successfully have been contracted projects under 8 procedures of the OPIC.
