Ecorys UK highlights achievements in third Annual Social Value Report

Ecorys UK is proud to announce the release of our third annual Social Value report, showcasing our impactful achievements throughout the year 2023. This comprehensive report, structured in line with the UK Government’s Social Value Pillars, reflects our unwavering commitment to driving positive change in society.

Focused themes for 2023

In response to the evolving landscape, our report this year has centred around four key themes:

  • Tackling Economic Inequality
  • Fighting Climate Change
  • Equal Opportunity
  • Wellbeing and Community Integration

Certification as a Disability Confident Employer

One of our most significant accomplishments highlighted in the report is our certification as a Disability Confident Employer. This accreditation underscores our dedication to fostering a supportive and accessible environment for individuals with disabilities, further solidifying our commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Progress in reducing Gender Pay Gap

Within Ecorys UK, we have made substantial progress in reducing the gender pay gap. Over the past five years, our median gender pay gap has decreased from 23% to 8%, and we achieved our target of going below the average UK median pay gap of 14.3% (according to ONS statistics). This achievement reflects our ongoing efforts to promote equality and fairness in the workplace.

Continued support for communities

Our commitment to supporting communities remains steadfast. In July 2023, we proudly donated ÂŁ8,000 to FareShare, our designated Charity of the Year for 2021 and 2022. This contribution reflects our dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.

Moving forward with purpose

As we celebrate these achievements, we remain steadfast in our commitment to driving positive social impact. The release of our third annual Social Value report underscores our dedication to transparency, accountability, and making a tangible difference in the world around us.
