Forum for Dialogue, House of the Wannsee Conference, and Ecorys partner in CERV Programme Grant

Forum for Dialogue, House of the Wannsee Conference, and Ecorys Team up in a Grant from the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values programme of the European Commission.

We are pleased to announce that Ecorys Polska, together with the Forum for Dialogue and the House of the Wannsee Conference from Berlin, has received a 545 524 00 EUR grant in the 2023 edition of the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values programme set up by the European Commission. For the next two years, the Towards Networks for Dialogue: Multi-perspective Strategies for Combating Antisemitism at Local Levels project will enable us to connect individuals and institutions combating antisemitism by working directly with local communities in Poland and Germany into networks that provide support and sustainability.

Ecorys enters the partnership with its profound knowledge and expertise in monitoring and evaluation, extensive experience in process planning, and commitment to making sustainable changes for diverse and equal societies.

Our consortium partners are organisations that have been active for many years, educating about Jewish history and fighting antisemitism. Within the project, the Forum will refine its methods and the scope of work to increase the effectiveness and impact of the grassroots activities of its nation-wide network of activists. In turn, the House of the Wannsee Conference will create its network of hitherto separately operating individuals, institutions and partners dedicated to Holocaust education and working at the sites of remembrance in Berlin and Brandenburg. The partner also plans to finetune their existing approaches to educating about the Holocaust and combating antisemitism today. Ecorys will provide strategic assistance, ongoing monitoring and evaluation to both partners in order to help them act in more sustainable and effective ways.

Funded by the European Union. Views and opinions expressed are, however, those of the author(s) only and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Union or European Commission. Neither the European Union nor the granting authority can be held responsible for them.

The project implemented by Forum for Dialogue, Gedenk- und Bildungsstätte Haus der Wannsee-Konferenz, and Ecorys aims at enhancing multi-perspective strategies for combating antisemitism at local levels through developing networks of individuals and institutions countering antisemitism through direct work with local communities in Poland and Germany.
