Ecorys UK publishes 2025 Pay Gap Report: including Disability Pay Gap data

At Ecorys UK, making a positive impact on society is at the heart of everything we do. Our values not only guide the work we deliver, but also shape how we support, respect, and include our colleagues.

As part of our ongoing commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion, we are proud to share our annual Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap Report. This year marks a significant step forward as, for the first time, we have included data on our Disability Pay Gap, despite it not being a statutory requirement.

By widening the scope of our reporting, we aim to increase transparency, encourage dialogue, and drive meaningful change across our organisation, in order to provide an inclusive workplace for everyone.

While progress takes time, we are committed to taking action to close our pay gaps and improve representation across all levels of the business in 2025 and beyond.
