Ecorys offers a balance of work and life. The flexi time policy is great (especially with kids!) as I get to manage my own time and workload. Colleagues are given the freedom to be creative and innovative without a 9-5 set rule.
Different cultures make up Ecorys’ culture. I work with people from all over the world in a creative office space which allows open communication from all levels. All offices are in a central city location which is handy when it comes to picking up essentials before work to meeting friends after work!
