Smart funding models can unlock better outcomes. Ecorys designs performance-based financing and mobilises advisory support that helps organisations secure sustainable investment. Our work includes developing a performance-based financing methodology for the EU Twinning instrument, aligning incentives with independently verified results and the EU Financial Regulation. We also led the Towards Green Transition Facility, matching 25 clusters across 11 Member States with expert advisers to build greener business models through tailored guidance, workshops and synergy webinars.
