  • Flexible working day:

The flexible working day policy has been designed to help all employees achieve flexibility at the start and end of a working day, as required, without the need to make a permanent change to their working pattern.

  • Share purchase scheme:

All permanent employees who have successfully completed their probationary period are eligible to acquire shares in the company. The current options for purchasing Ecorys shares are as follows: 
-  Outright purchase 
-  Share incentive plan (SIP) 
Employees participating in the SIP can contribute to the purchase of Ecorys shares by a tax efficient scheme which has the added benefit of attracting free shares paid for by the company.

  • Pension scheme and life assurance:

Ecorys UK offers a Group Personal Pension Plan. All employees are automatically enrolled in the pension scheme from their start date of employment with the current company contribution equivalent to 5% of salary subject to a personal contribution of 3%. Through our pension scheme, all employees are automatically entitled to a death in service payment of four times their annual salary to their nominated beneficiaries. 

  • Private medical health care (subject to job grade):

Employees are eligible for private medical health care. Cover applies from the start of employment with the company. 

  • Health cash back plan:

All employees can purchase a personal health cash plan from their start date, with a variety of levels of cover available. Membership can help staff manage the cost of dental treatment, eye tests, new glasses and contact lenses, professional therapy treatments, health consultations and more. 

  • Additional annual leave with service (up to 30 days):

During the first two weeks of the annual leave year employees may elect to buy up to an additional five days holiday (pro rata for part time employees) to be used during that holiday year. 

  • Additional holiday purchase (up to 5 extra days):

In additional to your contractual annual leave entitlement you will receive additional annual leave with length of service. 

  • Employee Assistance Programme:

The Employee Assistance Programme provides 24 hours confidential advice, information and counselling services free of charge to all employees. 

  • Cycle to work scheme: 

On successful completion of your probationary period, employees are given the opportunity of acquiring a bike for work through a national scheme. Employees can take advantage of a tax exemption that allows employers to loan cycles and cyclist safety equipment to employees as a tax-free benefit. 

  • Discount vouchers:

The Ecorys Xtras website offers all employees discounts on everyday purchases including grocery shopping, holidays, mobile phone contracts, utilities, gym membership and insurance. 

  • Season ticket loans:

On successful completion of your probationary period, you are eligible to have a season ticket loan to cover the cost of travel by train to your place of work. 

  • Variable Pay:

Variable pay is given to employees if the company exceeds its targets for the year, growth and individual performance as measured through the appraisal system.
