Ecorys developed the monitoring and evaluation framework for these reforms, supporting analysts in a number of Government departments to develop a set of logic models relating to the different policy areas covered by the Growth Review. Ecorys advised on relevant indicators by which progress will be monitored going forward and put in place the baseline and measured progress to date.
