Communication actions to promote the European Pillar of Social Rights

The aim of this assignment was to promote one of the European Commission’s 21 key initiatives.

The European Commissions' 21 key initiatives forms part of the 2017 work programme: the European Pillar of Social Rights, as well as other employment and social affairs programmes (including social acquis, Youth Guarantee, LTU, European Vocational Skills, etc.), funding tools (e.g. ESF, EaSI, EGF) and the reflection paper on the social dimension of Europe. The initiative demonstrates the European Commission’s continuous and general objective to build a more social Europe and reconnect to citizens.

This assignment was a pilot action with DG EMPL as the leader and involved other DGs.

Editorial services included:

• Production of three PowerPoint presentations in all EU languages

• Production of a trifold leaflet on the main features of the Commission's proposal in all EU languages

• Production of A3 posters in all EU languages:

“Europe stands for social protection and inclusion” 

“Europe stands for fair working conditions”

“Europe stands for equal opportunities”
