The study, carried out together with CSIL from Italy and commissioned by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), has resulted in a conceptual framework. This framework consists of technical and institutional elements, as well as findings from the OIC countries, amongst others through case studies in Afghanistan, Iran, Jordan, Mozambique, Nigeria and Saudi Arabia.
