Ecorys has an intensive Maritime week

A very intensive Maritime week for Ecorys NL!

Thursday morning 7th November at the Europort event in Ahoy Rotterdam,  the Maritime Monitor 2019 was presented by Minister Cora van Nieuwenhuizen, which provides insight into the economic development of the Dutch maritime cluster. Our colleague Onno de Jong was also there, as one of the researchers of the Monitor. Two other Ecoryans couldn’t make it, since they were at the same time elsewhere at Europort, presenting our study on the economic significance of the European towage sector at the ETA conference (European Tugowners Association). Rick Janse presented the outcomes of the study, after which Marten van den Bossche gave his view on the trends and challenges that shipping will face the coming years.
