April 14, 2016 - Ecorys supports the EC Directorate-General for Climate Action and Environment with an evaluation of the LIFE projects from 2007-2014. The project covers all 28 European Member States and will give a first estimate of the expected impact of projects. The project runs from April 2016 to early 2017.

April 26, 2016  - Ecorys conducted a study for DG Research and Innovation on renewable energy and innovation capacity of Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). The project started in December 2013 and it was successfully completed in September 2015. The EU Bookshop, which is the online bookshop of the European Union, published the Ecorys-report on their website.

21 April, 2016 - Ecorys led project Economic Empowerment of the Poorest (EEP) has been awarded the British Expertise Award for Outstanding International Leadership at a Gala held in London on the 11th April 2016.

18 April, 2016 - Ecorys (lead) together with the National Institute of Economic and Social Research (NIESR, UK), OGResearch (Czech Republic) and the Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies (wiiw, Austria) will collaborate on a framework contract, commissioned by the Directorate General for Economic and Financial Affairs (DG ECFIN).

8 April, 2016 - The Strengthening Budget Preparation in Bangladesh project which is implemented by a consortium led by Ecorys Netherlands comprises a number of learning components, ranging from formal classroom training, to specialised lecture series, distance learning and overseas Benchmarking training in Indonesia. Moreover, peer learning is considered. Peer learning events can comprise formal and informal events. Ideally the various learning options reinforce each other.

31 March, 2016 – The aim of the assignment “Public Finance Management Training to DFAT 2016” is to strengthen the capacity of staff of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, other development partners and government officials of Samoa and Vanuatu in Public Finance Management and the design and implementation of aid programmes.

17 March, 2016 - Ecorys provided consulting services to support the institutional development of the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Tajikistan. The project was commissioned by the World Bank and was completed in August 2015.
