Celebrating 80 years across Europe

2009 was a special year for ECORYS! It was the year in which we celebrated our 80th anniversary. For that purpose, ECORYS introduced the ECORYS Seminar & Policy Brief Cycle to act as a platform for experts to engage in dialogue on issues which reflect ECORYS’ current research activities and areas in which we wish to contribute to the public debate. Across Europe, 6 seminars have been or will be taking place, each followed by an ECORYS Policy Brief. The ECORYS Seminar & Policy Brief Cycle is sponsored by the Foundation NEI.

Seminar Cycle
The Seminar Cycle started in April 2009 in Rotterdam and will continue during 2009 and early 2010 in 5 major European cities (Brussels, Liverpool, London, Rotterdam and Warsaw).
The seminars will provide the chance to share ideas with high-level policy makers and academics, meet our experts in a nice atmosphere, and learn more about our research activities and recent projects.

Policy Briefs
The ECORYS Policy Briefs aim to prolong the dialogue and exchange of knowledge started during the seminars. With contributions from academics, policy-makers and in-house experts, the Policy Briefs provide a chance to think ahead and explore new directions.
