20 November 2008 - Following the successes of previous courses, ECORYS is organising once more an INTERREG Project Development Training in Brussels on 25-27 March 2009. This 2.5 day INTERREG Project Development Training provides the opportunity to work on your own proposal, incorporating newly acquired knowledge and skills to immediate effect in all stages of proposal preparation, from understanding requirements, to writing your proposal and to presenting it successfully.

INTERREG is a major European fund that stimulates international positioning, knowledge development and exchange. Yet, competition for this fund is increasingly fierce. Preparing a good and successful INTERREG project proposal is nowadays far from an easy task:  new requirements on partners, finance, indicators, project logic and the challenges of international cooperation all add to the challenge.  ECORYS has therefore developed a training course that boosts the quality of your proposal.  The training provides guidance on how to meet the requirements for the new programme period 2007-2013 and how to improve your proposal's chances of success in both content and organisation.

The ECORYS INTERREG Project Development Training focuses on key issues in the proposal phase:

• Content development (process, clear & well presented objectives & logic, involvement of partners)  
• Team building & Partnership building (what contract type, how to communicate and divide tasks)  
• Financial resources (how to calculate budgets, what rules to apply)  
• Indicators (how to develop clear indicators)  
• INTERREG terminology, language and rules (planning, presentation styles and techniques)
