10 October 2008 - EU Policies and Funds have become increasingly important for Turkey. As Turkey is a Candidate Country for EU Membership; the EU Acquis, the Instrument for EU thematic policies and EU Funds such as
Pre-Accession (IPA) play an important role towards EU accession. In this light it is of utmost importance that civil servants, policy makers in NGOs and private companies engaged in EU policies are well informed about the latest developments and experiences.
