The modernising government agenda across the UK and Europe has brought engaging with citizens to the forefront. Key policy drivers are designed to make public service delivery effective and efficient through greater use of ICT. Changes in the relationships between citizens and governments are now of particular interest with a focus on choices, preferences and exploring the influence of consumerism. We understand the changing environment of online public service delivery through our extensive work in this area.
